Return and Replacement Policy:
At Kreme, we're here to make your returns easy and stress-free with our Return and Replacement policy. Our policy is thoughtfully designed to streamline the pick-up process, save you time, and provide reassurance about your order.
You can request a return or replacement within 3 days after the date of delivery as per the return pick up policy on the basis of below mentioned conditions:
- The product or its quality doesn’t match your expectations.
- The Product has a genuine quality defect or damages like manufacturing defects, damages done during transit, etc.
Kreme will issue a refund for the cost of the goods as per the claiming refund policy. The product can’t be returned after it has been washed, used or damaged at customer location. Please Note customers only get one free replacement if the product delivered is not damaged.
Return Pick up policy:
At Kreme, our Return Pick-up policy is designed to be both convenient and hassle-free. We’ve streamlined the entire pick-up process to save you time and ensure you feel confident and reassured about your order.
You can submit a request through our website from your order page under your account section. You can also raise a request by emailing us at support@goodhomeskitchenware.com.
Please include your order number, product images, and the reason for the return or replacement to help us process it quickly.
Make sure your product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags. Our pick-up person will come to your address within 4 business days to collect the item. They will conduct a basic quality check, and if the product doesn’t pass the basic quality check, they may refuse the pick-up.
To ensure the items are safe during transit, please pack them securely. Once we receive the item(s) and they pass the quality check, we’ll process your return or replacement promptly.

Cancellation of order:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, if you would like to return or replace the product, Please raise a request as per above mentioned Return and Replacement Policy after order is successfully delivered to your location.
Additionally if you want an address change for your order, please call us at 1800 309 7745, within 4 hours of raising the order.
Non acceptance of product delivery:
Please note that if the ordered is not accepted by the customer at the time of delivery, the order will be returned back to us. Kreme will issue the refund for that order after deducting the applicable forward and reverse shipping charges.
Cancellation of return Request:
You can cancel a return request by contacting Customer Service at support@goodhomeskitchenware.com. If the logistics service provider arrives to pick up your shipment and you decide to cancel the request, simply let them know that you no longer wish to return the product.
Claiming Refunds:
For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking Transactions:
Since your payment was processed online at the time of purchase, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Banks typically take 4-5 business days to process the refund once we initiate it.
Please note that refunds are not available if a customer self-ships the item(s) and the package is lost in transit. Once a refund method is selected, it cannot be changed after the product has reached our partner warehouse.
