The Product has a genuine quality defect or damages like manufacturing defects, damages done during transit, etc. Kreme will issue a refund for the cost of the goods as per the claiming refund policy. The product can’t be returned after it has been washed, used or damaged at customer location. Please Note customers only get one free replacement if the product delivered is not damaged.
